Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Dokima.AI service, published by SnowLeopard SPM.

Dokima.AI is a tool for automated analysis of B2B sales calls. It connects to conversation intelligence platforms (Fireflies, Gong, Aircall, etc.) to retrieve conversation transcripts and generate sales performance insights.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. Description of the service

Dokima.AI provides the following features:

• Connection to conversation intelligence platforms via OAuth or API key
• Retrieval of sales call transcripts
• Methodology analysis
• Delivery of results via a Chrome extension and a web interface

4. User account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You guarantee that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

5. Connection to third-party platforms

By connecting your account to a third-party platform (Fireflies, Gong, Aircall, etc.), you:

• Authorize Dokima.AI to access your call transcripts via the platform's API
• Confirm that you have the necessary rights to share this data
• Agree that the retrieved data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy

You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the platform from your Dokima.AI account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate professional purposes
• Not attempt to bypass the service's security measures
• Not use the service to analyze conversations without participant consent where required by law
• Not resell, redistribute, or make available to third parties the analysis results produced by the service without authorization

7. Intellectual property

The Dokima.AI service, its code, algorithms, interface, and documentation are the exclusive property of SnowLeopard SPM. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

Your data (transcripts, analyses) remains your property. We do not claim any rights over the content of your calls.

8. Pricing and payment

Applicable pricing is available on our website. No refunds will be issued for subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with applicable terms. Payments are processed by Stripe.

9. Limitation of liability

Dokima.AI is provided "as is." We strive to maintain service availability and reliability but do not guarantee:

• Absence of interruptions or errors
• Absolute accuracy of AI-generated analyses
• Continuous compatibility with third-party platforms (whose APIs may evolve)

The analyses provided by Dokima.AI are decision-support tools. They do not replace professional judgment. Dokima.AI assumes no liability for the use of evaluations or recommendations produced by the service.

10. Termination

Upon termination at the end of the subscription period:

• Access to the service is disabled
• OAuth tokens are revoked
• Your data is deleted within 15 days

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
