Dokima.AI is a tool for automated analysis of B2B sales calls. It connects to conversation intelligence platforms (Fireflies, Gong, Aircall, etc.) to retrieve conversation transcripts and generate sales performance insights.

2. Data we collect

When you connect your account to a third-party platform (Fireflies, Gong, Aircall, or others), we collect the following data:

2.1 Transcript data

• Conversation text (who said what)
• Identity of participants (names or speaker identifiers)
• Timestamps (timing of each intervention)

2.2 Call metadata

• Date, duration, and title of the call
• Technical identifiers (call ID on the source platform)

2.3 Account data

• Professional email address
• First and last name
• Company name

2.4 What we do not collect

• We do not collect audio or video recordings of calls
• We do not collect analyses, scores, or sentiment generated by third-party platforms
• We do not collect user or admin account data beyond what is listed in section 2.3

3. Why we collect this data

• To analyze sales call content and applied sales methodologies
• To generate recommendations to improve sales performance

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising purposes. We do not share it with third parties except for technical processors necessary to operate the service.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Contract performance: processing transcript data is necessary to provide the subscribed analysis service
• Consent: by connecting their account via OAuth, the user explicitly consents to our access to call transcript data
• Legitimate interest: service improvement and technical maintenance

• Transcript data and analyses: retained while your account is active. Deleted within 15 days after account closure
• Account data: retained while your account is active, then 15 days after closure
• OAuth tokens: revoked and deleted upon disconnection from the third-party platform or account closure

In accordance with French Data Protection Law and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Right to object: object to the processing of your data
• Right to withdraw consent: disconnect your account from the third-party platform at any time

If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence.

8. Data security

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all communications
• Encryption at rest for stored data
• OAuth tokens securely stored and never exposed client-side
• Data access restricted to authorized technical team members
• Row Level Security (RLS) on Supabase: each user can only access their own data

Dokima.AI uses only strictly necessary cookies for service operation (authentication, session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
